DaHui Lawyers has recently expanded its corporate practice team at the Shanghai office with the addition of Jason Song as a partner.
Song has been practising for around a decade and specialises in PE/VC, M&A and capital markets. He holds a PRC practising certificate and private fund practice qualification.
Before joining DaHui, Song was a former partner at Han Kun Law Offices where he assisted clients in the internet, telecommunications and biopharmaceuticals sectors with transaction structuring, as well as drafting and negotiating legal documents. He has also worked at the headquarters of Ping An Insurance, handling legal matters related to private equity investments.
Last year, Kenny Yu, a former senior counsel at Wilson Sonsini, also joined DaHui’s Shanghai branch.
