Dacheng Law Offices has hired Che Xuan as counsel for its Beijing office, bolstering the firm’s capability to serve multinational and foreign enterprises operating in China.
With more than 20 years of experience in both in-house legal management and private practice, Che specialises in cross-border investment and trade. He worked as a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons for five years, and later joined Siemens and Dell, leading their Chinese legal operations. He has extensive experience in advising European and American companies on operations and risk management, and was involved in core business decision making and improving compliance systems at previous companies.
Che would support Chinese corporate clients in their global expansion by forecasting risk, designing compliance strategy and advising on negotiation strategy, Dacheng said.
