You will work within a market-leading team under the guidance of a highly regarded partner, advising foreign and Chinese MNCs, as well as SOEs, on cross-border M&A, private equity, and financing matters.
Job Requirements
? The ideal candidate is a PRC or US-qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of relevant PQE from a leading local or international law firm.
? Native-level Mandarin and fluent English are required.
