Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and ambitious mid-level associate to join our Corporate & Commercial/M&A practice. The successful applicant will work with energetic, forward-thinking colleagues and a highly diverse and interesting client base. Legal matters are varied and cover all aspects of Thai corporate & commercial law.

Primary responsibilities:
? Advise businesses on their legal rights and obligations
? Structure, negotiate and help provide legal oversight for business transactions
? Support M&A processes and timelines
? Support in-depth due diligence inquiries
? Write, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
? Corporate governance advisory work
? General legal research and analysis
Job Requirements
? Thai lawyer’s licence
? 3+ years’ legal experience
? Bachelor’s degree or higher
? Good English language skills
? Must have experience with due diligence and handling large, complex transactions
? Ability to identify, analyse, research and resolve legal issues in a fast-moving business legal environment
? Ability to take ownership of projects and work without direct supervision
