STAGE II: Law firm submission (5 March to 21 March)
China Business Law Journal is conducting extensive research for the annual China Business Law Awards 2025, which will be presented to the best Chinese and international law firms serving the China market.
As part of this process, we are requesting submissions from law firms at home and abroad in order to ensure that we have up-to-date information about your firm and its recent achievements. Please click to complete an online submission form. The information that you provide will support your firm’s candidacy for the awards.
The deadline for making a submission is 21 March 2025 (Friday).
To better facilitate the gathering of information, you may click the following buttons to download an offline submission form and the client referee list. However, it is strictly for your firm’s internal communication purposes only. So please do not return these documents to us, as we will ONLY see contents of the online submission form as valid submissions.
Final results will be announced in May 2025. The awards will be judged on a fair and objective basis, with no fees or any obligations associated with participation or judgement. To determine winners in each category, we take into account law firm submissions, client referee’s comment, nominations from business leaders and in-house counsel, as well as in-depth editorial research of China Business Law Journal.

STAGE I: External nomination (26 February to 19 March)
Here we cordially invite in-house counsel, business leaders and legal experts to share with us the law firms of their choice. Any nominator who has hired or worked with Chinese and/or international law firms and has positive feedback about their services is welcome to recommend their preferred law firms.

We will open the portal for law firm submissions soon, and you may make an entry for your firm from there, so please stay tuned.)
