Seasoned litigator Alvin Sin will officially join Appleby Law Firm on 30 June 2025 as a partner at the Shanghai office and legal manager for the Hong Kong branch.
Sin has more than 10 years of experience in international dispute resolution, focusing on industries such as financial services, biomedicine, technology, professional services and real estate.
He began his legal career at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (which merged with King & Wood in 2012) and subsequently practised for more than a decade at O’Melveny, where he served as counsel in the international disputes and arbitration department since 2019.
Sin has advised financial institutions, professional groups and multinational corporations, and he has also been seconded to Goldman Sachs’ legal department for seven months.
