After spending more than 15 years at Linklaters, including seven years as a partner, M&A lawyer Alex Bidlake is joining Clifford Chance as a Hong Kong-based partner in the Asia-Pacific corporate practice.
Bidlake has more than 18 years of experience advising financial and strategic investors on a wide range of public and private M&A transactions across the region in the energy and infrastructure sector, including energy transition. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission’s Takeovers and Mergers Panel and Takeovers Appeal Committee.
Her addition would boost Clifford Chance’s M&A offering across the Asia-Pacific in energy transition matters, as well as the firm’s global energy and infrastructure practice.
