Rohan Singh has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in its corporate practice and he will be based at the firm’s Mumbai office.
Singh, previously a partner at Fox Mandal & Associates, brings more than 14 years of experience advising on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments, cross-border investments and general corporate matters.
He has worked with leading domestic and international corporations, private equity investors and financial sponsors across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, real estate (including IT parks and education infrastructure) and manufacturing.
Singh was an associate at Amarchand Mangaldas from 2011-2015.
