EYLO is founded by Elaine Yap, an experienced court litigator and arbitration practitioner who left the large establishment set-up to focus on delivering high-quality personalised client service. Elaine has been in active legal practice since 1999 with a track record of cases and an appreciation for client needs. She is also an accredited arbitrator.

EYLO is based in Kuala Lumpur and assists local and foreign companies and individuals to manage, mitigate and resolve complex disputes with a solutions-oriented approach. As a specialist practice, EYLO also collaborates with and provides counsel and legal consultancy services on Malaysian law to foreign and other niche law practices.

EYLO is independent, agile and draws on the relevant experience and expertise of its principal and a network of capable professionals to identify, confront and solve difficult issues for clients.
