From Singapore, we offer our Asian clients direct access to the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey legal advice that spans a wide range of banking, corporate finance, dispute resolution, funds, insolvency, private client, regulatory, and restructuring work in the Asian time zone.
The Singapore office is led by senior lawyers with significant offshore and Asian experience, with Kristian Wilson having been in Singapore since 2013, having previously practised in the BVI and Jersey, and Joanne Verbiesen having previously worked in Hong Kong and Cayman.
Kristian and Joanne have positioned themselves to provide a full suite of legal services for clients requiring offshore advice, particularly family offices, ultra-high net-worth and high net-worth individuals, local law firms and intermediaries (including insolvency practitioners), private banks, private equity funds investing offshore, and trust companies.
The quality of our service led us to be shortlisted for four consecutive years in the Offshore Law Firm of the Year in the prestigious Asian Legal Business SE Asia Awards and recently included in the list of the best offshore law firm in The Straits Times “Singapore’s Best Law Firms 2022”.
