Latham & Watkins has named Elyn Xing as counsel in its Singapore office, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in the fund management and investment sectors.
Xing is experienced in advising Asia-based and global clients across investment strategies, including debt, real estate, growth capital and emerging markets. Her expertise includes private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Xing was a partner at Goodwin, where she specialised in advising on private investment vehicles. Her practice included a focus on funds in sectors such as energy and growth capital.
Xing started her career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in 2013.
