JunHe has hired commercial litigation partner Philip Kwok to be based in the Hong Kong office. Previously, Kwok practised at LC Lawyers and Dechert, and he also serves as a member of the InnoTech Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
Kwok focuses on dispute resolution and corporate compliance of complex cross-border commercial business, technology and e-commerce. He has advised the PRC Ministry of Commerce and the National People’s Congress Finance and Economic Committee on e-commerce regulatory matters.
