Shringarika Priyadarshini has joined JSA as a retained partner in its corporate practice and brings more than a decade of diversified experience to the team in the Gurugram office.
Priyadarshini’s experience covers areas across the corporate commercial practice including M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate advisory.
“Shringarika’s deep understanding of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly across the key technology, manufacturing and renewables sectors will further enhance our corporate practice in the Delhi region,” said Sidharrth Shankar, partner at JSA.
Previously at Trilegal, Priyadarshini has also worked as an associate at IndusLaw.
