Jingtian & Gongcheng has recruited litigation and arbitration specialist Chai Xiaofeng along with tax compliance expert Pu Jiayan as partners at the firm’s Shanghai office.
Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Chai served as a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices, focusing on cross-border commercial disputes, construction project issues, and cultural media matters. He holds a first-class constructor qualification and has extensive experience in the engineering field.
After leaving Deloitte, Pu joined Wintell & Co, where she had been a partner since 2022. As a certified public accountant, she brings significant expertise in tax compliance and optimisation, family wealth management, private equity, investments, and M&A.
