A message from Rabindra Jhunjhunwala, Khaitan & Co, Conference Co-Chair, IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee:
The bi-annual Mergers and Acquisitions in India Conference, set for April 3–4, 2025 at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, will bring together a distinguished gathering of legal professionals, policymakers, and industry leaders from around the world to explore pivotal global and regional legal challenges.
This year’s conference will welcome over 200 attendees, presenting a mix of leading international and domestic law firms alongside a robust representation of in-house counsel from across India. With the registrations almost full, the event promises to be an insightful one with speakers representing organisations such as the Competition Commission of India, IMF, Bloomberg, KKR, Hitachi, JSW, Tata, Brookfield, Welspun One, Facebook, IIAS and Pine Labs.
Sessions have been meticulously thought through to address today’s dynamic geopolitical landscape, evolving supply chains, and shifting regulatory frameworks. Needless to add, this will be complemented with exceptional networking opportunities. An event of this calibre is not to be missed—early bird registration closes on February 28, 2025.
