Li Jun currently serves as the executive general manager of the risk control and legal department at SDIC Chuangyi Fund Management Co, a subsidiary of China¡¯s State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC). He also holds key supervisory board roles at listed companies, including SDIC Seed Industry Group and Fengle Seed Industry. With 12 years of experience in risk control, compliance and industrial investment within central state-owned enterprises, he has spearheaded the design of comprehensive risk management systems and strategic risk prevention frameworks. His expertise spans full-cycle compliance management for private equity fundraising, including leading the establishment of compliance structures and regulatory filings for multiple national-level industrial funds. He champions ¡°end-to-end lifecycle management¡± (investment research¨Crisk control¨Cexit), emphasising data-driven decision-making and accountability loops to convert risk mitigation into strategic value. His practices offer transformative insights for modernising risk frameworks in state-backed investment ecosystems.

Tu Tong currently serves as the head of legal and compliance for the Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Fund. He has led the establishment of China¡¯s first full-process compliance and risk control system for a government-guided mother fund focusing on hard-tech sectors. He has provided end-to-end legal support for more than 70 sub-funds, with a total investment scale of RMB15 billion (USD2 billion). With his forward-looking understanding of the technology industry investment, he has deeply embedded legal compliance into all stages of the ¡°fundraising, investment, management and exit¡± processes, enabling dynamic compliance management of sub-funds and underlying tech projects by the government-guided fund, and providing full-chain legal empowerment for tech innovation enterprises.

Gao Huandong is the vice president and deputy general counsel of Lenovo Group, as well as general counsel of Lenovo China. He currently oversees the?legal and compliance department of Lenovo China and leads the establishment and implementation of Lenovo Group¡¯s comprehensive compliance systems and programmes, including ESG, in China.??Gao was named the ¡°Greater China Most Influential General Counsel Award¡± in 2023 and 2025 by Chambers?and was included in the ¡°GC 500 Power-List China 2024¡±.?Gao is also an arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission and the Beijing International Arbitration?Court, as well as the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Hamburg. Gu Ning has a global legal perspective and multi-disciplinary expertise. She holds a Chinese legal practitioner qualification, the CFA Institute¡¯s sustainable investing certificate and the internal auditor certificate.

Specialising in commercial dispute resolution and compliance management, Gu Ning has handled multiple multi-billion-dollar transnational litigation cases. She excels in major risk management and compliance system development for listed companies, having played a key role in first reorganisation case of a listed tourism company in China, which was recognised as a landmark case in Hainan Free Trade Port¡¯s rule-of-law business environment.

Gu Ning participated in training at the Ministry of Justice¡¯s advanced training programme for foreign-related lawyers. She is a distinguished foreign-related legal talent in Hainan province, a mediator at the CCPIT Haikou International Commercial Mediation Centre and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She was named the 2024 ALB South & Central China In-House Lawyer of the Year.
