A&O Shearman has welcomed Hai Nguyen, a Vietnamese lawyer specialising in finance, M&A and capital markets, as a new partner to strengthen its investment operations in Southeast Asia.
“Hai’s addition will further enhance our ability to provide private capital clients with strategic guidance and practical solutions across products and throughout the full life cycle of their investments in Vietnam,” Tina LeDinh, managing partner at A&O Shearman’s Vietnam office, told Asia Business Law Journal.
Nguyen joins the firm from YKVN, where he was a partner, and brings more than 15 years of legal experience. His expertise extends to Vietnam’s legal landscape, particularly in energy and infrastructure.
