AnJie Broad has added partners Zhang Zhewen and Zhou Minchao to its Shenzhen and Xiamen offices, respectively, enhancing its private equity and IP capabilities.
Zhang specialises in PE/VC, M&A and overseas listings. Previously, he was the general manager of the capital markets department and group general counsel at US-listed Yunmi Technology, and practised at Global Law Office and Han Kun Law Offices.
Zhou, who previously worked at Fidelity Law Firm, focuses on IP, cybersecurity and data protection, and dispute resolution, particularly within the digital economy and artificial intelligence, technology, media and telecommunications, culture and entertainment sectors. His IP cases have been recognised as outstanding by the courts in Xiamen city, Fujian province, and the Supreme People’s Court.
