Anchal Dhir and Shubham Rastogi have joined Anagram Partners as partners, along with a team of four, strengthening the firm’s corporate practice. Both Dhir and Rastogi previously held the same positions at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

“Anagram’s approach to building a focused, high-quality corporate practice, anchored in disciplined execution and collaboration, resonates strongly with me,” said partner Anchal Dhir, on the move.

Together, they bring extensive experience advising on both domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments, and general corporate transactions. Dhir has accrued more than 18 years of experience, while Rastogi brings about eight years of expertise.

Dhir has advised leading Indian companies, global corporations, financial investors and promoter groups across sectors, including financial services, consumer and retail, infrastructure and industrials, and healthcare. Her experience spans control acquisitions and exits, PIPE transactions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.

In addition, Dhir brings significant expertise in corporate governance and regulatory advisory, including advising boards and listed companies on governance frameworks and engagements with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
