Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas counselled the Adani Group on its INR20 billion (USD236.69 million) collaboration with GR8 School Ed (GEMS), an Indian entity providing private K-12 education.
The Adani Foundation, also the corporate social responsibility arm of the Adani Group, has partnered with GEMS to establish world-class schools across India with an initial contribution of INR20 billion (USD236.69 million) from the Adani family.
Partner Subhalakshmi Naskar led the CAM team, with support from partners Aarushi Jain, Pooja Kapadia and Anand Deshpande, while principal associate Diptiman Mohapatra assisted.

The initiative will work towards delivering accessible and affordable high-quality education and infrastructure to communities across all socio-economic backgrounds.
