Natasha Tuli has joined Chandhiok & Mahajan as counsel in the firm’s corporate practice and will be based in New Delhi.

Tuli, who brings more than 17 years of experience, has advised corporates, investors and financial institutions on a wide range of complex transactions, regulatory strategy, corporate restructuring and governance matters.
Her expertise spans both Indian and international markets, having held in-house roles with Porsche Cars and Pfizer in the UK. She was also a partner at Tatva Legal, Dua Associates and Sakura Advisory.
