Dual-qualified lawyer and independent advocate Srinath Iyengar has been appointed as the new managing partner for the Chennai and Surat offices of Delhi-based Fox Mandal & Co.
Before joining FoxMandal, Iyengar worked as an independent advocate and has also held in-house roles for companies such as HCL Technologies, Ramco Systems, Photon Interactive and Sutherland Global Services.
Iyengar, who is a dual-qualified lawyer with rights to practice in both India and the UK, has been in the industry for 26 years. He has worked on matters involving litigation, corporate legal advisory, IT contracts, cybercrime, mergers & acquisitions and statutory compliance, as well as having presented before the Supreme Court of India, various high courts and international jurisdictions.
