Smita Singh, who specialises in indirect tax, and Shrimant Singh, who has more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property law, will be based in Gurugram. Smita Singh brings more than two decades of experience advising on GST, customs, trade laws and foreign trade policy, with strong expertise in cross-border transactions and high-stakes investigations across sectors including infrastructure, energy, telecom and financial services.
Shrimant Singh advises on IP protection, monetisation and enforcement, with a focus on patent prosecution, and has technical expertise across sectors, including electronics, biotechnology and telecommunications.
Litigation and arbitration specialist Rajdutt Shekhar Singh and Kumar Shashwat Singh Sawno will be based in Delhi. Rajdutt Shekhar Singh, whose focus is on energy and infrastructure, has extensive experience in high-value domestic and international arbitration, handling complex commercial disputes, insolvency matters and enforcement of arbitral awards, with an additional focus on pharmaceuticals.
Kumar Shashwat Singh Sawno focuses on commercial disputes, regulatory litigation and arbitration in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He represents clients in high-value matters, including disputes relating to power sector regulation and commercial contracts.
