The Fund will be distributed in Japan by Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. and the Fund’s investment adviser is Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd.
The Fund’s investment objectives are to seek to generate high income and, to a lesser extent, deliver long-term capital appreciation The Fund will seek to gain exposure to private credit investments by investing substantially all of its assets, either directly or indirectly, in Goldman Sachs Private Credit Corp. and European Credit, a sub-fund of Goldman Sachs Alternatives SICAV.
