Fangda Partners acted as the Hong Kong and U.S. legal counsel to the underwriters and to the joint sponsors, China Merchants Securities International and Deutsche Bank, providing comprehensive legal services for this listing. Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics offered 26,748,300 shares in the global offering for this listing. The public offering was oversubscribed over 1,000 times. The final offer price was determined at HK$71.28 per share, with total proceeds of approximately HK$1.9 billion.
