On September 30, 2025, Shenzhen HIPINE Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (“HIPINE”, Stock Code: 2583.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with a global offering. HIPINE issued a total of 10.6 million shares at an offer price of HKD 29.6 per share, raising approximately HKD 314 million in total proceeds.

HIPINE is a designer, manufacturer, and brand owner of gold watch case watches and gold bezel watches in China. Its primary business includes the design and manufacture of gold case and bezel watches under its flagship proprietary brand “HIPINE”. In addition, HIPINE acts as an ODM manufacturer for third-party domestic jewelry brands and wholesalers, developing and producing private-label watches and accessories, as well as providing contract manufacturing services.

As of 2024, HIPINE ranked as the largest solid gold precious metal watch brand in China (in terms of gross merchandise value), and also the largest precious metal-inlaid solid gold watch brand (in terms of gross merchandise value).
