In a recent announcement issued by China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., DeHeng, with its rich legal service experience, was awarded the mandate again to provide legal consulting services for it as Head-Office external counsel. The mandate term is three years, during which DeHeng will provide legal advice on various issues involved in daily corporate operations (including but not limited to labor, personnel, industry and commerce, taxation, investment and compliance for IPO, etc.).
