Recently, Ping An New Infrastructure Investment Fund (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. won the bid as a member of the consortium to participate in the PPP project of Wuhan Metro Line 12 and became a major shareholder of the project company – Wuhan Metro Line 12 Construction and Operation Co., Ltd.
As the legal counsel of Ping An New Infrastructure Investment Fund, the DeHeng team was led by partner Zhang Zhonggang, with primary support from associates Nie Bomin, Wang Ting and Gan Jiali.
