In April 2021, Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. registered a private placement note (PPN) of RMB 3 billion for years 2021-2023 with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII). The co-lead underwriters were Ping An Bank, Industrial Bank and Haitong Securities.
