Mourant has appointed Michael Popkin as a partner in its Hong Kong litigation team. Popkin joined from Campbells, where he was a counsel in Hong Kong. Earlier, he was with the Australian law firm Allens in Sydney.

Popkin has 25 years¡¯ experience advising international clients on issues arising out of investment and commercial disputes in Asia, Australia and other major offshore jurisdictions.
