Mamta Jha has been elevated to co-managing partner at Inttl Advocare, effective 1 April 2025, and will share the leadership post with Hemant Singh.
Jha, who will take on a strategic and managerial role in the firm’s growth and succession planning, brings more than 25 years of expertise in IP litigation and enforcement.
As senior partner and head of litigation and opposition, she has led high-profile disputes and advises clients on trademarks, patents, copyright, trade secrets, and emerging digital law issues. “It is a privilege to take on the role of co-managing partner at Inttl Advocare. I have had the opportunity to grow with the firm and witness its evolution into a leading force in IP and technology law,” said Jha on the promotion.
“We will soon be announcing the constitution of our management committee, which will help us take new initiatives and also shoulder the management of business support functions at the firm.”
Additionally, Legal League Consulting’s CEO Nipun Bhatia assisted the firm in its succession planning, leadership mentoring, and constitution of the management committee.
