Kosaria, an advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India is a seasoned dispute resolution expert with more than a decade of experience in expertise spanning high-stakes commercial disputes, insolvency, arbitration and tax. She has advised industries ranging from real estate and construction to emerging sectors such as gaming and motor vehicle aggregators.
Mohanty brings more than 10 years of experience, having worked at the National Stock Exchange and specialising in equity transactions at both Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. His portfolio includes managing IPOs, follow-on offerings, qualified institutonal placements, and rights issues. He also advises corporate clients on compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
