Until then, it has no significance or in other words, less impact. Few states have currently passed rules which is a positive sign but as usual, laws were there and gonna be there, what we lacked in past or what we lack today is proper and justifiable IMPLEMENTATION. HOPE, We this big sector gets it’s true justice by we the people….

Several points in the Act is good however in the end, major problem is no single window for several approvals which Builders does require.
