Introduction
Jyoti Kaur, managing partner of Lall & Sethi, has been an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India since 2006. With nearly two decades in intellectual property law, she is known for her expertise in enforcement, brand protection, and prosecution for domestic and international clients.
She has advised and represented several of the world’s top brands, including Coca-Cola, Mondelez (Cadbury), UPL, Cisco, and Woodland, among many others. Her practice encompasses strategic portfolio management, trademark and copyright enforcement, anti-counterfeiting actions, due diligence, licensing, and brand commercialisation.
