Introduction

Pallavi Mehta Wahi is a distinguished member of Arnold & Porter’s litigation group. She is chair of Western US Strategic Growth, leading the firm’s Seattle office, and is the chair of the India practice. A Chambers-ranked litigator, she represents national and international clients in complex commercial disputes, focusing on corporate, healthcare, and intellectual property matters. She has argued high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional cases before courts and tribunals in the US.

Beyond her practice, Pallavi is a dedicated civic leader, serving as deputy chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s board and sitting on several boards and advisory committees.

Pallavi has significant experience with the business environment in India. She grew up in India, went to college there, and speaks fluent Hindi. She has been named to the International A-List by India Business Law Journal since 2019 and has been selected to the Indian Corporate Counsel Association’s Most Trusted Corporate Lawyers list.
