Introduction

Bis Chatterjee heads the India practice at Hogan Lovells. He served as the managing partner of the Singapore office of Hogan Lovells for several years and has recently relocated as the managing partner for the firm’s Dubai branch office.

He focuses on India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and advises across the equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance, public and private M&A, and PE transactions.

He has worked in a range of industries, including technology, fintech, energy, financial institutions, defence, infrastructure, real estate, retail and hospitality. He also supports large conglomerates on global M&A and reorganisation matters as well as regulatory issues, including economic sanctions, international trade, government procurement, and white-collar investigations.
