Introduction
Navarre Roy, the principal attorney of the Law Office of Navarre Roy, is an experienced corporate and intellectual property lawyer.
He works closely with startups and well-established businesses with their contracts, general legal strategy, negotiation, protection and monetisation of intellectual property assets.
He has worked extensively with businesses in conducting intellectual property audits and has been involved in the valuation of intangible assets. He also strategises and assists with the commercialisation of intellectual property.
He was the recipient of a scholarship for a Specialised Course on Intellectual Property Valuation conducted by the World Intellectual Property Organisation and the LUISS Business School along with the Italian Intellectual Property Office.
Navarre is also a visiting faculty of the Madras University where he conducts a class on copyright for postgraduate journalism students. He routinely writes and speaks on various topics of the law.
