Fangda Partners has recruited Sun Zhiwei as a partner to its Guangzhou office to bolster its construction, real estate and dispute resolution practices.
Sun was previously working for Zhong Lun Law Firm for 10 years where he was promoted as a partner.
He has extensive experience in project development and dispute resolution in the construction field, advising clients such as the China Foreign Trade Centre, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and China Overseas Land & Investment.
Sun said: “China’s real estate sector is undergoing an adjustment period. Lawyers in this industry must work closely with clients to navigate the challenges and transformations ahead.”
