Mumbai police seized more than 1,000 illegal copies of medical books in March following a complaint from the UK Publishers Association. The association had become aware that pirated versions of around 160 of its publications were available in a number of Indian states including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, West Bengal and Assam.
