The Shanghai corporate team of Pinsent Masons has advised EC Harris, an international built asset consultancy, on the acquisition of MB Project Management.
EC Harris consults in specialist areas including energy and manufacturing; oil, gas and chemicals; property, transport and utilities, and has a unit that specializes in work in the public sector. MB Project Management is a consultancy with offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
The acquisition will enable EC Harris to deliver built asset consultancy services to its client base across China and other Asian markets.
The Pinsent Masons team advising on the transaction was led by Shanghai corporate head Jonathan Reardon and senior associate William Soileau, supported by Penny Li and Lilian Chen.
