Dhaval Vussonji & Associates has expanded its footprint, opening a new office in Pune at BSB Capital and recruiting partner Shakti Singh Champawat.
Champawat’s appointment will see six partners working for the firm across six offices in four cities.
With more than 17 years of experience, Champawat brings expertise in complex real estate transactions, which includes acquisitions, development, divestments, leasing and financing.
He has also worked on structured land acquisitions, joint ventures, multinational leasing and extensive land due diligence. His specialisation includes litigation and dispute resolution, particularly under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
