Introduction

Zhou also has extensive experience in anti-corruption, anti-bribery and anti-fraud matters. He has advised on compliance system establishment, compliance risk assessment, internal compliance investigation, and responses to government investigations for many multinational companies. He is thoroughly familiar with the case-handling procedures and investigative approaches of supervisory departments, public security agencies, procuratorates, and the State Administration for Market Regulation. He has successfully assisted numerous clients in advancing the acceptance, filing, investigation and prosecution of related cases, helping recover corporate losses and securing legal accountability against responsible individuals. He also provides comprehensive legal support to clients facing regulatory investigations.
