Introduction

Xie Yeman is a senior partner at Dacheng Law Offices in Shenzhen. She is vice chair of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association¡¯s data compliance committee. She holds multiple professional certifications, including the Certified Information Security Professional ¨C Personal Information Protection, EXIN Data Protection Officer, and Data Transaction Compliance Officer.

Specialising in compliance management systems and certifications, Xie has assisted a number of central state-owned enterprises, leading private companies, and listed corporations with projects involving ISO 37301, the Chinese national standard GB/T 35770, and ISO 42001 for artificial intelligence, as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) legal services.
