Introduction

Wang Heng is a partner at Global Law Office, specialising in commercial dispute resolution with a particular focus on foreign-related and cross-border commercial arbitration. She has received multiple awards in the field of dispute resolution and arbitration from The Legal 500 and has been featured in ¡°The Legal 500¡¯s Private Practice Powerlist 2023 Arbitration ¨C China¡±. She also serves as a delegate of the China national committee to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the 2024¨C2027 term and as a regional representative of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.

As counsel, Wang has led and participated in numerous international commercial arbitration cases administered by prominent institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration, and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
