Introduction

Li Zhen is a seasoned legal practitioner with more than a decade of experience in capital markets, investment M&A, and private equity funds. As lead counsel and signing lawyer, she has led the successful listings of more than ten enterprises across multiple capital markets, including the Shanghai Stock Exchange Star Market, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext, the A-share main boards and the Beijing Stock Exchange. She continues to advise clients on post-IPO compliance and refinancing matters.

Li advises large state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and listed companies on full-cycle M&A and restructuring transactions, excelling in complex transaction structuring and risk management. Her practice also encompasses comprehensive full-process legal services for numerous PE funds and their management companies, assisting clients in executing high-quality investment projects. She has demonstrated notable expertise in state-asset regulatory compliance and investment risk mitigation.
