Introduction
Li Silun is a senior partner and management committee deputy director at Baijun Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (2008) and a Master of Laws (2011) from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, specialising in corporate law and intellectual property law.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Li has developed extensive expertise in corporate law, IP law, cross-border M&A, foreign investment and non-litigation legal services. He advises domestic and international clients on company establishment, restructuring, shareholder disputes, financing, project investment, contract drafting and review, and major transaction structuring. His practice spans industries including high-tech, energy, pharmaceuticals, finance, real estate and infrastructure.

His representative work includes leading the legal services for multiple acquisition and joint venture projects, such as the Chongqing Huahua Fertilizer acquisition, the Chongqing Chuanjiang Vehicle Manufacturing cross-border acquisition, the Zongshen–Piaggio (Italy) technology co-operation project, and foreign JV and equity investment fund projects in Chongqing, for which he was responsible for due diligence, transaction structure design, shareholder agreements, contract negotiation and risk control.
Li also serves as legal adviser to government agencies, financial institutions and large enterprises, including the Yubei District People’s Government of Chongqing, the Chongqing branches of several major banks, Zongshen Industry Group, CITIC-affiliated highway companies, and other state-owned and private enterprises. He provides ongoing legal support in project planning, compliance, investment decisions and corporate governance.
