Introduction

Li Chi holds dual bachelor’s degrees in law and computer science, as well as an MBA, providing her with a multidimensional perspective integrating law, technology, and business management. She focuses on commercial dispute resolution and handles high-value, complex litigation and arbitration cases. With extensive experience in corporate law, investment and financing, insolvency, and related contractual disputes, she serves as regular/special legal counsel to several listed companies and state-owned enterprises.

Li is a deputy director of the information technology committee and a member of the company law committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the state-owned assets committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association and a mediator for the Guangzhou International Commerce and Trade Mediation Center.

She has won a series of awards, including:

• ¡°Deal of the Year¡± in 2023 by China Business Law Journal;
• ¡°Outstanding Committee Member¡± in 2024 by the Guangdong Lawyers Association; and
• ¡°Outstanding Professional Committee Member in 2022, as well as ¡°Practice Achievement Award¡± (first prize) in 2022 and (third prize) in 2024 by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.

Li has represented clients in significant commercial cases before the Supreme People’s Court and various high courts, covering disputes in areas such as corporate equity, investment and financing, land, construction contracts and commodity trade. Her clients include Guangdong Energy Group, China Merchants Bank, Sinochem Group, COSCO Shipping Logistics, Lonkey Industrial, and China Railway Construction Corporation.
