Introduction
Hu Yuping is currently deputy director of the Land and Real Estate Law Committee at the Beijing Lawyers Association; deputy director of the Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Committee at the Dongcheng District Lawyers Association; and visiting professor of MBA at the China University of Political Science and Law.
Specialising in land development, urban renewal, inefficient land revitalisation, mineral and energy law, investment and M&A, Hu has served renowned enterprises in real estate, energy, telecoms, finance and technology. He has led or participated in M&A projects worth tens of billions of renminbi, with strong legal-commercial thinking and expertise in transaction structuring.
Focusing on idle land disposal and mineral resource disputes, he has published books including Typical Cases and Legal Practice on Idle Land Recognition; and Typical Cases and Legal Practice of Mining Right Disputes with Law Press China.
