Introduction
Grace Wang is a Shanghai-based partner at Global Law Office. She possesses extensive professional expertise and substantial practical experience, and has long advised industry-leading companies across the consumer, logistics and transportation, healthcare, and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Global, Wang practised for many years at Zhong Lun Law Firm, focusing on private equity investments and capital markets transactions.
In capital markets, Wang has represented numerous issuers and underwriters in IPOs, bond offerings and other public financing transactions, providing comprehensive, end-to-end legal services. In PE and investments, she has assisted clients in completing investment and financing transactions with an aggregate value of tens of billions of renminbi, covering transaction structuring, legal due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents. She has served a number of well-known enterprises and institutions, including ZTO Express, Geely Holding Group, Huize Insurance, Viomi Technology, YF Capital and GF Fund Management. She also advises clients on corporate governance, compliance management and risk control matters, earning strong trust and recognition from her clients.
Wang and her team acted as PRC legal counsel to the issuer in the offshore RMB green bond issuance by China Communications Construction Company, a transaction that was awarded “Deal of the Year 2024” by China Business Law Journal. In 2025, Wang was named “Outstanding Lawyer (Corporate & Commercial) in the Yangtze River Delta” by LegalOne.
