Introduction

Du Linhong earned her Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law. She joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2010 and has more than 15 years of legal practice experience.

Her principal practice areas cover domestic and overseas capital markets, private equity financing, restructuring and M&A, foreign direct investment, and general corporate affairs. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, new energy, real estate, healthcare and the internet.

Du has provided special legal services to numerous large state-owned enterprises and well-known private companies in connection with securities offerings, cross-border investment and financing, M&A and other transactions.

In capital markets, her representative cases include Stock Exchange of Hong Kong listings of Yum China, Huazhu Group, Jinhui Holdings, Zhengrong Property Service, Haidilao, Chuangmei Pharmaceutical, Zhongcheng Energy, China Hongtai, and 3SBio Inc. She has also led a number of overseas debt issuance projects, including Bank of China¡¯s ¡°Belt and Road¡± bonds, and issuances by China Energy Engineering Corporation and Shandong Hi-Speed Group.

In private investment and financing, Du has advised many renowned investment institutions and dozens of enterprises on their PE and VC transactions, including CICC Capital, China Internet Investment Fund, China Cultural Industry Investment Fund, CDH Investments, and Sequoia Capital.
